Each of our telephone booking agents is expected to deliver top-notch service and support. To help you meet these expectations, we have developed this quick training video and quiz.
The quiz is a series of 10 questions that are closely related to the videos which they follow. On average, this training should take you about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. A score of 80% is required to gain a passing grade. Should you fail the quiz, you may retry again at your supervisor's discretion.
